A warm welcome, kind and smiling staff, the decor is a bit old fashioned but feels at home, I got an upgrade to a bigger room, it's nice to have a balcony in the room, good breakfast. Overall it was a really pleasant stay.

Great hotel in Nicosia
We found the Semeli hotel perfect for our visit to Cyprus. We had a warm welcome from the staff. We were initially put in a room with a double bed but at our request were quickly moved to a twin bed room with a lovely balcony. We found the 20 minute walk into the historic centre very easy. The room was clean and warm with a fantastic shower and bath. Breakfast was plentiful and varied, although the toaster was not easy to use. One evening we shared a cheese and charcuterie platter in the bar, which was absolutely delicious.

Maria the receptionist was rude, on arrival. a non smoking room which stank like stale cigarettes Air conditioner that barely worked and didn’t get cold Food was average . Nice older style hotel but your front of hotel staff need training. Sadly a v bad experience
