Mit dem Zimmer, dem Spa Bereich und dem Restaurant waren wir insgesamt zufrieden. Der Service war jedoch leider unterdurchnittlich. Im Laufe unseres Aufenthalts ging mehrere Male etwas mit den Karten zum Öffnen der Zimmer schief (zum Beispiel Karten vertauscht fuer zwei Zimmer in unserer Gruppe beim check in, Karte abgelaufen um 10 Uhr am Tag der Abreise obwohl check out bis 11 Uhr). Ich habe Verständnis dass mal etwas schief geht, aber das waren insgesamt 4 Probleme mit den Zimmerkarten bei einem 2 tägigen Aufenthalt. Absolut inakzeptabel war der Service einer Angestellten beim Frühstück. Am ersten Frühstück wurden wir sehr deutlich und unfreundlich darauf hingewiesen, dass ein gemeinsamer Tisch für alle in unserer Gruppe nun nur mit Schierigkeiten spontan umgesetzt werden kann. Jedoch hat uns beim check in niemand darauf hingewiesen, dass ein gemeinsamer Tisch unserer Gruppe fürs Frühstück im Vorfeld angekündigt werden sollte, obwohl offensichtlich war dass die Zimmer von unserer Gruppe individuell gebucht wurden. Absolut unterirdisch lief es dann am zweiten Morgen: Wir wurden zu einem Tisch geführt, der nur über fünf Plätze und Stühle verfügt, unsere Gruppe bestand aber aus neun Leuten. Eine höfliche Nachfrage führte zu keiner Verbesserung, so dass wir uns letztlich zu neunt um den einen Tisch quetschen mussten. Ich kann das Hotel somit leider nicht empfehlen.

Small Village Feel
This is a wonderfully clean hotel with all the extra amenities but without the hotel feel. Each room is unique and each area of the hotel as you walk around the property changes as if you are walking around a little village instead of a hotel. It is a very comfortable place to stay.

We loved the lay out of the hotel, very unique & lovely. Staff was exceedingly friendly and helpful. Sadly the wellness area had no elevator and is therefore not accessible for mobility impaired guests.

Mir gefällt das Hotel mit dem dörlichen Charakter sehr und das Ambiente an dem See ist nicht zu topen. Auch der Wellness-Bereich mit den zwei Whirlpools und der Sauna mit Blick auf den See ist sehr ansprechend. Das Essen war lecker und das Frühstück hatte alles zu bieten, was das Herz begehrt. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Traumhaftes Hotel mit perfekter Umgebung, Essen sehr gut. Der Service hat leider zu wünschen übrig gelassen. Die Mitarbeiter waren teilweise überfordert und man hatte den Eindruck, dass die Ablauforganisation deutliche Mängel hat.

Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis: Das eher mittelmäßige Niveau von Zimmerausstattung, Restaurant und Ambiente des Hotels steht im krassen Missverhältnis zu den geforderten Preisen. Frühstück deutlich überteuert, ebenso Getränke. Einziger Pluspunkt: kostenloses Parken, jedoch keine Ladestation für E-Autos direkt am Hotel.

Die Anlage ist sehr schön, liebevoll gestaltet und gepflegt ( Grünflächen und Beete). Man kann sich wirklich wohlfühlen. Leider sind einige Bereiche im Wellnessbereich dringend renovierungsbedürftig und müssen neu gestaltet werden. Mein Zimmer war ganz schön aber sehr klein und viel zu dunkel. Bei einem längeren Aufenthalt bietet die Speisekarte zu wenig Abwechslung.

Das Gesamtpaket mit dem hervorragenden Restaurant, den netten Mitarbeitern, den tollen Zimmern und der schöne Umgebung lässt eigentlich nur 5 Sterne zu. Allerdings dürfte der Wellnessbereich mal renoviert und erweitert werden. Saunen wirken etwas alt und sind auch deutlich zu klein
