This modern holiday home for a maximum of 10 people is located in Niedernsill in Salzburgerland, in the middle of the ski areas of Zell am See, Kaprun and Saalbach-Hinterglemm. On the ground floor there is the living room with a large open kitchen as well as a bedroom and bathroom, on the first floor there are three more bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom and another bathroom. From the living room you have direct access to the large terrace with a beautifully landscaped garden. This house also has a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. There is parking directly at the house. Directly in Niedernsill you have the ski areas Nagelköpfl - Piesendorf with 2 kilometers of slopes and 3 lifts/cable cars and Niedernsill with 1 kilometer of slopes and 2 lifts/cable cars at your disposal, the well-known ski areas in Salzburgerland such as the glacier ski area in Kaprun, the Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm / Leogang / Fieberbrunn and the Schmittenhöhe ski area in Zell am See with a total of 408 kilometers of slopes can be reached in just a few minutes by car. In summer you can of course enjoy everything that the Hohe Tauern National Park has to offer, such as the famous Krimml waterfalls, the Grossglockner High Alpine Road, the Kaprun reservoirs and of course the numerous hiking and mountain biking opportunities. In addition, the bathing lake in Niedersill is a 5-minute walk from the holiday home and you can reach the Seespitz lido on Lake Zell in 15 minutes by car. Restaurants, shops and supermarkets can be found in the immediate vicinity of the holiday home.

El alojamiento ha sido perfecto. La casa impecable, se corresponde perfectamente a las imágenes que se publican en el anuncio y es más grande de lo que parece. La zona de cocina, sala y comedor muy cómoda y amplia Las camas muy cómodas con buenos colchones, y los baños limpios y amplios. La pastelería a 50 metros de la casa Muy bien ubicada para conocer las diferentes estaciones de ski de la región. El propietario perfecto, muy amable y atento a todo lo que necesitamos, le estamos muy agradecidos. Para repetir sin ninguna duda.

Wir kommen wieder!
Wunderschönes Haus mit super ausgestatteter Küche. Dass das Haus direkt an der Straße liegt, ist uns nicht negativ aufgefallen, da der Verkehr gering ist. Die Lage ist genial! Zur Bahn in nur 5 Gehminuten, zu einem großen Lebensmittelgeschäft ca. 10 Gehminuten und ein super Bäcker in 2 Gehminuten. Einem autofreien Urlaub steht nichts im Weg!!!! Einzig bei der Dämmung zwischen zwei Schlafzimmern im 1.Stock scheint leider beim Bau ein Fehler unterlaufen zu sein, die sind sehr hellhörig. Und der eine oder andere Teppich im Wohnzimmer oder im Vorzimmer im 1. Stock würde das Wohlgefühl noch besser machen. Alles in allem, ein wunderschöner Urlaub!
