- Smoking is not allowed in the villa but ofcourse it´s allowed to smoke in the outdoor areas.

- Pets are allowed at the property but only when officially asked for and having their own mattress.

Use of the Community Pool:

The maximum number of people allowed to use the community pool at the same time is 6.

Pets are not allowed in the pool.

Please respect this limit and the community rules in the pool area.

Noise and Quiet Hours:

Out of respect for neighbors, noise is not allowed after 10:00 PM. This includes loud music, noisy conversations, and any other activity that may disturb the neighborhood's peace.

Parking:

The private parking area has space for a maximum of 2 cars. Please do not exceed this limit to maintain order in the area.

Pets:

Pets are not allowed in the pool.

Outside the property's own grounds, pets must not roam freely.

Pet owners must clean up after their animals.

Responsibility and Damages:

Guests will be responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay. Please report any incidents immediately.

Cleaning and Waste Disposal:

Keep the house clean and in good condition. Ensure that garbage is disposed of in the assigned bins and follow local recycling regulations.
