"Great location if you are visiting Intramuros, Fort Santiago, and the nearby museums and park. The room was spacious however, the AC was a bit loud. Nearby area has many options or food and shopping."

"During the day this was one of the classiest hotels in the Philippines. But now it feels like a mid-class level hotel. It could be the area around the hotel, a little sketchy. The rooms are outdated and needs a refresh. The staff on the other hand makes up for all the short comings of the hotel. Best customer service in town."

"The hotel and staff are excellent and we love staying there. The only reason for the below excellent rating is becathey are renovating so the pool area is not open and the gym facility is very small compared to previous stays. The breakfast dinind area has been changed and is much smaller and tight to walk around and fewer choices to choose from, however still very good food! We will definitely stay there again and hope to see the full renovation done soon!"

"There is a major problem with Pigeons on the balconys and they need to address this as an emergency. The staff, the food and lobby entertainment were 5 star...the Pigeons and feces on balcony took away from complete perfection of our stay, otherwise excellent!!!!!"
