They are running all year round and have a SPA Unit, Physical and Thermal Rehabilitation. Arez is 6km from the beautiful village of Nisa. Being this a nice locality with many points of interest to visit. Highlights in the county are the crafts, gastronomy, historical, cultural and environmental heritage. The Tejo and Sever Rivers are an added value that give shelter to immense species (flora, fauna and avifauna) that are easily observed. The Castle of Amieira do Tejo is very close to the village of Arez, as well as the river beach of the Alamal (26 km) which allows nautical activities and fishing.
