This was the only available place to stay so we gave it a try. Temperature in the lobby was 5 celcius and the clerk was wearing a coat. Temperature in the room was 7 celcius. Room heater worked for a bit and then broke in the early morning. Bathroom sink had no hot water. This was one step above camping. We left after one night when we had booked 3 nights.

良いお宿ですよー！
冬季のお休み前、今季最後だったので連泊させてもらいました。 「一番良いお部屋」を貸して下さいました。 設備は古いけど、なぜだかとても居心地が良いのです。 冬の間、泊まれないのが残念だけど、春になったらまた行きたい！そんなホステルです。

一番良いお部屋。 3間もあって、水圧も一番高いです。

二回目の宿泊です。 静かで気兼ねない宿泊が気に入ってます。 ただ温泉街で温泉が出ないのが残念（値段が値段なので仕方ないですが）

2日間の講習がありましてその為に泊まりました。やはりバックパッカー向けの宿ざます。シーツが生乾きの臭い、敷布団が無弾力、お湯の出が悪すぎ、フロントも素っ気無い。このスパルタン感悪くはないです。でもまた泊まりたいかと聞かれたら、他に泊まるところ無かったら…ですかね。

今回も快適に使わせていただきました。お部屋にユニットバスがあったので、湯船に浸かれるな、と思ったら、まさかのお風呂の栓がありませんでした（笑） でもフロントの方の対応も良いですし、気に入っています。

広いお部屋でのんびりできました
12畳のお部屋を1人で借りました。お風呂＆シャワー、トイレもあって、水圧はシャワーだけだとキツいかも知れませんが、お風呂にお湯を張れば問題ありません。昔はちゃんとした温泉旅館のいいお部屋だったんだろうと思いを馳せつつ、3000円でこれなら大満足。お布団やカバーのセットはセルフです。 ボディーソープやシャンプーはお風呂にありました。 これで温泉があれば、言うことないな（笑）

今年で2年目のGW泊まりになります。 新潟市内からは離れてますが、静かでのんびりできるホテルです。 自由が高いのが魅力です。 テレビを観たい人や部屋が毎日クリーニングされないと気が収まらない方には不向きです。 自然を感じのびのびとしたい方にオススメです。

雨音が五月蝿いので、晴れの日の利用がお勧め。
築100年以上の建物で、歴史があり、お庭も素敵です。 部屋は綺麗に清掃されております。 雨音が五月蝿いので、雨の日はお勧め出来ませんがそれ以外の日は快適ではないでしょうか？

とにかく宿泊費を抑えたい人向けです
廃墟となった旅館を、もったいないからバックパッカー用の簡易宿泊施設としてオープンしました、という感じの施設です。 リフォームも必要最低限、手作り感満載で、厨房や大浴場なんかは使えません。 テレビ、タオル、浴衣、歯ブラシ等はありません（フロントで別料金で用意されています）、シャンプー、ボディソープはありました。 枕カバーとシーツ、布団カバーの脱着はセルフ、使い終わったらフロント前のケースに入れるというシステム。 エアコンはありますが、冷房のみという貼り紙がされておりました。 暖房を使いたかったので、部屋の灯油ファンヒーターを使いましたが、途中でエラーが出て使用できかったのと、点火時臭かったので使用は控えました。 部屋のお風呂は温度調節ができません。湯船に浸かるにはぬるくなります。 お部屋はかなり年期が入っていて、正直汚いです。ベッドの背もたれが臭くて、頭と足の位置を入れ替えて寝ました。 部屋の扉が、例えると部屋のトイレのような薄い扉です。部屋に金庫があるとはいえ、セキュリティ面で少し不安になります。 2センチくらいのカメムシが数回、どこからか入ってきては追い出してと大変でした。 悪い面が目立ちますが、それを補うほど宿泊費用は安く、とにかく宿泊費用を抑えたいのであれば、個人的には上記の点も許容範囲です。

コストパフォーマンスは良しですょ、
スロウホステルの趣旨を理解しての宿泊の方であれば良い宿です。私はドミトリータイプの宿泊でしたが、ベッドではなく畳で布団でした。シーツが敷用、掛用とそれぞれに用意されていたのには感謝でした。ベッドではなく畳の和室を望まられる方ならイイと思いますょ。トイレはウォシュレットで安心ですね。

ホステルの名の通り、居心地の良い宿泊施設でした。
日本では、まだまだ認知度の低い新形態の宿泊スタイルですが居心地が良く、また利用させて頂きたいです。長期滞在される方、海外ででのバックパッカー経験者などはマッチすると思います。
