Quick getaway
The little yellow house was so nice looking from the street and inside was so clean and comfortable. Roger was so nice to let us adjust our time of stay and was so friendly both online and in person. Michelle was very nice and helpful

A Home Away From Home!
Fabulous for a weekend or a week. Clean, comfy and cozy. This cottage is the perfect place to relax and rest after a fun day in beautiful Prescott. Complete with everything needed to feel right at home.

Enjoyed our second stay at this property
The cottage is comfortable and supplies pretty much everything one might need. I suggest a separate trash can for recyclables. Also, cushions for the dining chairs would be great if you're spending time working while at the cottage. The location is perfect for enjoying downtown Prescott.

Valley Getaway!
Escaped the hot temps of the Valley for (4) days!! Love the location of this property, it’s literally a 10 minute walk into town. This property has everything a person would need. I felt safe and comfortable. I would say 1 thing, the bed is interesting. Maybe it’s was just my experience, but the bed seemed to dip in the middle into two seperate levels? In any case, along with Prescotts perfect summer weather, there are many good places in town to eat; one of the places I chose was Rocco’s in the square! Roccos has the best Italian sodas and cheesecake ever! A visit is a must! Sandwiches are pretty amazing too! Thank you Randy and Suzanne, I would definitely stay at your property again!

Property was immaculate and inviting. Owner provided complimentary snacks, water and coffee. Also provided shampoo, conditioner, and body wash! Bed felt like heaven to sleep on, and neighborhood seems safe and charming. Would definitely recommend to other travelers looking to getaway for the weekend or stay a while.

We stayed in the left side of this landmark home. The parking is in the back. It was very cute, there were nice personal touches in the home. It was clean, comfortable and in a great location. Whiskey Row was nearby and there are lots of eating options. There is a laundromat in walking distance. We had a very nice stay!
