The house overlooks the valley, the view is worthy of the most beautiful postcards, down the pool, an olive grove, fruit trees.
It is made up of a kitchen, stay, living room, 3 big independent rooms, each having room of shower and toilet. Three beds, plus two sofas bed, 6 places in total, a terrace and a swimming pool. A fireplace wood fire.
It is equipped with WIFI internet. At your arrival, the beds are made to your convenience. The replacement of the linen is done on Saturday for new arrivals, as well as a complete cleaning. Quiet house ...

Countryside retreat
Mirando was the perfect host and welcomed us with a bottle of wine. We had trouble finding the home but we made it to the road and Mirando found us. I wish we spoke Italian. The home is decorated in modern style and has an artistic decor. The views are so relaxing and you find yourself just looking down st the olive orchards, the valley and the mountains. We would have loved to swim more but the days we were there were cooler perfect for sightseeing and sleeping but not so much for swimming in the salt water pool. We did relax around the pool and basked in the sun with just the right amount of breeze and enjoyed the view. This home is situated in the eastern side of Umbria and is about 30 to 90 minute drive to many beautiful hill towns in Umbria. We managed to go to Siena in Tuscany and this was a 110 minute drive. Overall a very relaxing vacation!

Lovely house
We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very well equipped and thought out. The pool area and orchard were lovely. We even had a beautiful cake made for us on arrival. Would recommend staying here.

Wonderful Views with a private pool
Mirando made us feel very welcome and even came to our rescue when we got a little lost on the way to the house. Rooms are spaced apart on different floors which gives you some privacy if going as a group. The kitchen is small but very well stocked and a large dining table is in the central part of the house. The gardens are wonderful, with a beautiful olive grove just beyond the pool. There is a great restaurant two doors away, which opens on the weekend. Incredible food, very rustic and all the locals eat there. There is a nearby town, only 10 mins away which has great shops for food. Some of the roads and the pathway down to the house is steep, you wont need the gym here. Parking is next to the house and then you walk down a path to the front steps. Overall a very relaxing holiday, super views, with lots of nature made a great holiday.

Ein rundum wundervoller Ort
Eine sehr schön und gut ausgestattete Wohnung (einschließlich Küche), ein herrlicher Garten und Pool mit fantastischem Ausblick. Man spürt die Liebe zum Detail und fühlt sich sehr herzlich aufgenommen. Eines der Schlafzimmer hat einen separaten Eingang direkt zur Terrasse, was besonders mit älteren Kindern oder weiteren Erwachsenen ein Vorteil sein kann. Auch bei der Ausstattung fehlt es an nichts. Wir haben viel selbst gekocht und fühlten uns gleich wie zu Hause, weil alle wichtigen Utensilien vorhanden sind - auch eine Spülmaschine. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig - auch ein schöner Ort zum Aufenthalt an kühleren Tagen. Am schönsten jedoch ist der Außenbereich, der viel Platz, einen gepflegten Pool und eine atemberaubende Aussicht mit Sonnenuntergang bietet. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Uitstekende vakantiewoning met veel privacy
Zeer nette woning voorzien van alle gemakken. Doordat de slaapkamers incl. badkamers allen een eigen opgang hadden, zorgde dat voor veel privacy. Gastheer Mirando is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Supermarkt is ongeveer 10 minuten verwijderd. Meerdere restaurants in de omgeving Agricola La Costa en Villa della Cupa waar je heerlijk authentiek kunt eten. Mooie steden in de omgeving Perugia / Assisi / Gubbio en nog veel meer. absoluut een bezoek waard.

Maison au grand calme avec vue magnifique
La maison est typique des villages italiens accrochée au coteau. La piscine est très agréable. Chaque chambre a sa salle de bain mais l'accès de 2 chambres se fait par l'extérieur ce qui ne nous a pas gênés. L'accueil du propriétaire Mirando, un français installé en Italie, est très sympathique . Bref, un excellent séjour.
