Très jolie petite maison !
Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cette ravissante petite maison ! Nous y étions à l'occasion d'un réveillon du 31/12 en amoureux, et la maison est un vrai petit cocon. Elle est très bien décorée, très bien chauffée (cheminée qui fonctionne parfaitement) et très bien située (à 2 pas de la plage du Vieil). Nous avons été rejoins par 2 amis le lendemain; ils ont dormi dans la petite extension attenante (chambre et salle de bain indépendantes). La maison est parfaite pour 2 couples. Nous la recommandons vivement ! L'accueil a également été parfait.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour tout près de la plage dans cette petite maison où rien ne manque ! La maison est très propre et le petit jardin très agréable .

Bon séjour
Maison claire, agréable et au calme, à proximité à pieds de la plage du mardi gras. Pour le dépannage, une superette se trouve à 15 minutes à pieds dans le village du Vieil, pour les autres commerces il faut aller à Noirmoutier en île. Le gérant immobilier et la propriétaire sont très à l'écoute.

La maison est super bien placée, parfaite pour une petite famille (2 enfants), avec une petite chambre à moitié indépendante. En revanche la literie laissait à désirer (oreillers vraiments trop vieux et usés, matelas petits. Sinon super, merci

Vom ersten Kontakt per e-mail bis zur Endabnahme am Ende hat alles gut geklappt. Das Haus ist so aufgeteilt, dass der Zugang zum 2. Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad separat vom Wintergarten abgeht, was sehr angenehm für uns, als Paar mit Freundin reisend, war. Der Wohnraum mit offener Küche ist sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich ausgestattet. Die Ausstattung mit Küchenutensilien ist reichhaltig. Der Garten mit Terrasse ist mit Gartenmöbeln und Sonnenschirm ausgestattet und ist durch begrünte Mauern und Bäume gut abgeschirmt. Wir haben immer draußen gegessen. Den Grill und den Kamin haben wir nicht genutzt. Die Matraze im Doppelbett war uns zu weich. In den Kleiderschränken war genug Platz für unsere Sachen. Die Waschmaschine war einfach zu bedienen. Es gab reichlich Infomaterial über die Insel. Das Haus ist in einer Sackgasse sehr ruhig gelegen. Das Auto kann man direkt am Haus parken. Der nächste Strand ist keine 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Alles andere haben wir mit den geliehenen Fahrrädern bewältigt. Auf der Insel gibt es ausgeschilderte Radwege durch die Salzfelder, durch schöne Orte und am Meer entlang. In Le Vieil, in Noirmoutier und in La Guérinière haben wir gut gegessen. In Noirmoutier gibt es Boutiquen und den großen Markt, die zum Shoppen einladen. Alles war ideal für einen Naturnahen erholsamen Urlaub!

Lavabo bouché pas de poignée à la porte de douche matelas taché aleze et oreillers tachés réfrigérateur très très bruyant détecteur fumée non installé posé dans tiroir ,aspirateur débordant à ne plus fermer,pas de sac aspirateur, pas de sac poubelle pas de mode d emploi véranda plus que vetuste Seul atout l emplacement !!! maison qui aurait besoin d'être rafraîchi et vérifier la vaisselle manquante. Malgré cela, comme il y a six ans, nous avons aimé déjeuner tous les midis dans la cour abritée des regards et très calme. tout est proche: commerces, mer, pêche. De plus, très bon accueil de Mme Bouteiller très disponible

Très agréable séjour
Nous avons passé 4 jours très agréables dans cette jolie maison, bien décorée (très belles photos affichées aux murs) et très fonctionnelle (il ne manque rien!). Nous avons apprécié que du linge soit mis à disposition (nappe notamment). La plage est vraiment tout près à pied. Sur l’île , il ne manquait que les terrasses ouvertes !
