Wonderful stay - wish i had longer!
Absolutely loved my stay here and i most certainly will be back again! From the friendliness and speed of check in to the comfort and cleanliness of the villa, to the peace and quiet, laundry room, sanitized appliances and flatware and plateware, to the most amazing location near Venice and Nokomis beaches, it was very much worth the great price! I was not happy with the service at Addys Villas at all. I booked online, a villa in which the description of the villa said it included a queeen bed, two twin beds and a pull out couch. There was only one tv in the entire villa which was located in the living room. Upon trying to open the pull out couch, we discovered a lock on the couch. Super weird. I asked the front desk and they told me they dont unlock the couch for parties less than 6 people. When booking the villa, it didnt say anything about the amount of guests needed to unlock the damn pull out couch. I specifically rented that villa for the amount of sleeping arrangements i was looking for only to be told they wouldnt unlock the couch for less than 6 people. Never in my life have i seen a place put a padlock on a pullout couch. I showed the man at the desk my booking description which included the couch and he literally told me that wasnt his problem and then charged me another $90 because my kids were with me and apparently i only listed two adults when i booked online. Yet again, i booked an entire villa which was a two bedroom, two twin beds, queen bed and pull out couch. He decided to charge me $90 more dollars because apparently they charge per person and not per room/villa. I will never stay there again and i dont recommended this place to anyone. Your money will be better spent elsewhere with all the accommodations you pay for with out getting sassed and over charged by the staff. Never again.

Great place to stay, with so many nice things in terms of food and activities within short reach by car. Room was very clean and had everything one could ask for in an efficiency-style unit. The pool was also clean and the grounds were well landscaped and obviously well cared for. Quiet and peaceful setting, even though it is located on U.S. 41. The staff were super helpful and responsive. I would highly recommend this place!
