Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Special thanks to Phil who welcomed us like family and gave us useful information. Hotel is new and clean. Convenient to beach and access to rt 41 shopping,gas,and restaurants if you have transportation. I would rate breakfast as a little above average for hotel fare. One-button pancake maker was great; also available were omelets, bacon, sausage, oatmeal, yogurt, pastries, and bread/bagels. Other amenities I liked were : pool, safe in room, laundry, gym. Cleaning staff was efficient and friendly. Overall was a pleasant stay.

Great location but the room wasn’t cleaned very well, toilet seat was smaller than the toilet amd some issues from construction needed to be addressed. They had a variety of breakfast options
