Bocobay is the management company. They changed my accommodations without my consent and into a smaller unit for the same price originally paid for. Had to move twice and had difficulties contacting them for assistance with anything. Beautiful island and will definitely go back, just not book with same company

Although the property is about a 10 minute drive from the bars, restaurants, and casinos, I would still stay here again! The property is clean and the staff were awesome. I locked us out of our place one night and one of the amazing staff stayed with us until the locksmith arrived and even drove us to get something to eat. One note, find the property rep at the airport to get help to the property (rather than just jumping into a taxi) AND rent a car. It’s not that expensive, there’s free parking on the property, inexpensive property in town, and it’ll be worth every dollar. Taking taxis everywhere can add up quickly.

Beautiful new clean their staff was always at our service asking if we need anything. Very friendly. The place is in gated community with 3 pools and the clubhouse 1 min away. The Arashi beach was 5 min away, other beaches also very close. Would recommend to everyone and the price was very good.

This is such a nice property. It is clean, spacious and comfortably accommodated our family of 6. Bocobay reps were amazing and always communicated with me to check on our visit and if we needed anything. They replenished our towels every 2 days as well as paper towels and toilet paper upon request. That was such a bonus. This is a gated community and is located just one short mile from our favorite beach - Arashi.

The grounds were beautiful, and the on-ground restaurant was fantastic. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Very helpful. The condo was clean, modern and well worth the money. We even had a dishwasher...can't ask for more. I will stay there again. Hope to rent a house next time there. I have already recommended "The Gold Coast Resort"

I really loved staying at Gold Coast with my family. It is safe place, clean and staff at Bocobay was very helpful and accommodating. Is preferable if you rent a car to get around the island. The property has club house and a restaurant which you will enjoy as is next to the pool.

Overall the property was well maintained However I did have some minor inconvenience with the rooms.. the double bunk bed room the ladder was broken, so it was a safety issue for me, there was a missing door for one of the shower The restaurant on the property was excellent food was amazing so I’ll stay here again but they do need to upgrade some of the furniture

Great find for great price!
The room was more spacious than expected! The place was clean and comfortable. Only hiccups are that the paper towels and toilet paper are cheap and chaff; the pillows do not provide good comfort and sink very quickly; and there's no oven. But other than these disclaimers, the spot is in a gated community and accessible to town in ~15-20 mins. I'd book again
