Palm Beach 34 is a beautiful modern villa with 4 bedrooms (1 King size bed and three Queen size beds) and 5 bathrooms. This amazing villa is in the Palm Beach district, 700 meters from the beach. The villa offers a comfortable interior and all bedrooms have flat screens. With the large living and dining room with fully equipped kitchen and adjacent porch with dining table suitable for 8 people and a gas BBQ you'll experience everything you need. Enjoy the lush tropical garden and relax in the outdoor seating area by the pool. The villa is in Palm Beach, close to the busy strip, just a few minutes' walk from Aruba High Rise hotels, the best restaurants, casinos, shopping centers and beaches.

We are here to give you and your group a great stay that you'll never forget! Feel free to ask us any questions that you might have, and please let us know where we can assist you. Great stay
The property was clean and just as stated in the description and pictures. The property manager was easy to work with and very responsive. Our flight leaving Aruba was cancelled and they quickly responded to our request to stay an extra night and were extremely accommodating. I highly recommend renting this property

"Beyond expectation"
We have traveled to different places with many amenities but this place has everthing you need. Kitchen with all the tools, pool, hot tub, grill. Outdoors was fabulous with plenty of square feet to relax or entertain a crowd. Rooms were spacious. A private bath for everyone. We would stay again. Thanks for everything! JD.

Great location, full bathroom in each bedroom, excellent outside area with pool, separate air conditioning in each room. Enjoyed Mr Fred, the neighbor's dog, who came over and hung out with us each day when we were lounging at the pool. Will definitely go back!

Family Fun on Aruba
We had a great time staying at Palm Beach 34. Perfectly clean when we arrived. Only a 10 minute walk to all the shops, restaurants and hotels at Palm Beach. Super Food is only a short drive away, easy to pick up food and grill by the pool. We really enjoyed the pool! We felt safe in the house, there is a security gate and an alarm. We would book again.

My stay in Aruba
The house is beautiful. We enjoyed every moment of our stay. There is a pool, a grill, gas stove and bathrooms in every bedroom. No one has to share. There is also a bathroom outside by the pool. The Supermarket and other shops were close by. We were close to all of the events. I will most definitely book again with a group. Also, the house Manager was very accommodating. He assisted with everything I needed. Thank you Marco.

Amazing Privacy and everything you need!
We are from Ontario, Canada and stayed at this property for two weeks days Feb 14-28 2022 and will definitly be back. We had our 2021 reservation cancelled due to Covid, but Marco kept in touch and honoured our reservation for the 2022 season. VERY THANK-FULL for that! This place has all you need, the pool is great, the neighbourhood is up and coming but a short walk to the strip and the neighbours are all friendly. The privacy you have with this house is top notch. Gated and very spacious. In house laundry was a bonus so you do not need to bring much! We never heard from Marco after we checked in and when we did contact him to ask for late check out, his reply was quick and he had no problem accompanying us on our request. Very clean well maintained property and If you have a group of 8, you will not need anymore room than what this place has to offer. You have all the amenities here and a short walk to a few "smaller" friendly grocery stores. Felt very safe here and in the area. Will 100 % be back.
