The holiday home "Beate" offers you and your family a relaxing holiday on approx. 70 m² in a central and direct location of Norddeich.
Cot is available on request and dogs are also welcome !!

From our holiday home you can reach the harbor, the ferry terminals Norderney and Juist, the beach of Norddeich, a dog beach, the train station, a bike rental, a large playground, an adventure pool as well as a bakery and a variety of restaurants and shops within a few minutes' walk.

Our terrace with beautiful garden furniture offers you a relaxing barbecue evening. A parking space is right in front of the house.

Our house offers you family-friendly accommodation on up to 70 m² for up to 5 people + child (up to 3 years). The fully equipped holiday home has 2 bedrooms, a cozy living and dining area, a modern barrier-free bathroom and guest toilet on the upper floor, a fully equipped kitchen with storage room. Easy-care floor tiles on the ground floor, laminate in the upper bedrooms, ground floor and first floor. Shutters.

Your temporary home is equipped with everyday household appliances.

In the 1st Upstairs are two bedrooms, double bed 140 x 200 cm, single bed 100 x 200 cm, two single beds 90 x 200 cm.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt, alles Wesentliche vorhanden bis auf einen Backofen, sehr sauber. Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin lief reibungslos, Fragen wurden zügig beantwortet. Fußboden im Dachgeschoss und Betten knarren allerdings laut. Die nahe Bahnstrecke störte nicht.

Es war alles super sauber und gepflegt. Einizig und allein was uns "gestört", war der knackende Boden oben und die harten Matratzen. Aber gerade bei Matratzenhärte sind die Empfindungen unterschiedlich. Empfehlen??? Auf jedenfall!

Etwas weit vom Becker und Strand entfernt.
Bis das im größeren Schlafzimmer das Rollo vom Dachfenster nicht benutzbar ist da keine Fernbedienung wie im kleineren Schlafzimmer vorhanden ist und somit schlafen nur wenn es draußen dunkelt machbar ist.

Schönes und gepflegtes Haus
Wie erlebten einen sehr ruhiges und sauberes Haus. Der Empfang war herzlich und gut organisiert sehr freundliches Vermieterpaar. Als Anregung würden wir empfehlen, in die Dach Fenster ein Sichtschutz einzuarbeiten. Wenn die vorhandenen Rollläden oben waren konnte man doch direkt rein blicken .Sehr positiv empfanden wir die Rollläden die gegen die Hitze schützen. Bis zum Strand haben wir 10 bis 15 Minuten nur gebraucht.

Wir sind sehr herzlich von der netten Vermieterin empfangen worden, das Haus war wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern zu sehen und für unseren Geschmack sehr gemütlich. Die Lage ist zentral aber ruhig, Bäckereien, Restaurants und Geschäfte sind in ca. 10 min. zu Fuß zu erreichen, zum Fähranleger braucht man nicht viel länger. Alles in allem war es ein rundum gelungener Urlaub!
