I liked the convenience of being so close to campus and the surrounding areas shops and eating. I was disappointed in the hotel, our check in time was 4 and I arrived at 3:50 to wait in a line with 6 people and only one person the deck at check in time. When I finally got to the front (after 4) I was told my room was not ready. This is completely unacceptable and I didn’t come back for 3 hours. The hotel needs updating but was pretty clean. No free breakfast or free parking like Hyatt across the street where I’ll be staying from now on. I will be visiting for the next 5 years with two sons attending the University and it’s a one and done with Marriott. Marriott can do better!

Terrible mattress
We were at the hotel when microsoft had the outage. The staff did a really good job making the best of it and were very professional. The mattress however was the worst mattress I have ever slept on in any hotel. We had a king bed and my husband and I could barely clumb our way out from the hole in the middle. We both woke up stiff and sore and could only sleep for small periods of time. I told the front desk and the only comment that was made by the staff was, "I told them they need to flip the mattesses." I stated that nothing is going to help that mattress and it needs to be replaced. This was not a cheap hotel and I feel we should get compensated for this. When traveling, a good night sleep is what we are paying for.

Great hotel, couldn’t be happier!
Very nice hotel, so clean and comfortable. The fitness center was amazingly clean and big. Also great location if you want to be near ISU. I will definitely return!
