Property was worn and well used. However, while the hall carpets showed damage, the rooms were clean, the AC worked great, and the beds were comfortale, making for a successful stay. Location was perfect for our trip. Funky Austin through and through!

You guys are the best! Keep the good work. Round of applause for the lady at the frond desk who speaks 2 languages, the housekeeping ladies, and the Hispanic lady at the breakfast buffet! Outstanding!

There was hair and a bug in the shower. The entire building needs a makeover. The parking lot is not somewhere I would want to walk after dark. Staff seemed bothered anytime I saw them. Overall not great

Staff was extremely rude. There were cockroaches in the room (took pictures of the bugs). Never had such a bad experience in a hotel. Not one to give reviews, especially bad ones, but this hotel takes the cake. Also, pictures on media are extremely photoshopped compared to this mess of a hotel.

Rooms had a weird smell to them, we received two very thin bath towels. First room we were given in had a wet carpet by the air conditioner and extra bed. I requested a new one. That hotel needs some upgrades for sure.

The hotel is ok. The beds are comfortable and clean. However, room furniture is outdated. Hallway carpet looks dirty and smelly. Breakfast is limited and scrambled eggs are very bad. Area around the hotel is not very safe. Saw homeless people wandering the hotel parkings.

Everything and I mean EVERYTHING! Was filthy. Curtains, carpet, towels, sheets, carpet was all filthy and I have several pics to prove it. Also has bugs. This place needs to be renovated.

Room is in very poor condition. Couch was super nasty - stains, cushions did not fit properly, ripped. Floor had stains all over the room. Overall, this was pretty bad.

Not so much to say front desk person seem to be overwhelmed I arrived at the hotel and they did not had a room for me they cancelled my reservation onsite since they were overbooked, that transaction still pending. Clean property, spacious room, and a quick check in! My only complaint is that the staff when I checked out wasn’t as attentive as the staff when I checked in. It was early (7am) but a 1-2 minute wait before being acknowledged (without any other guests in the lobby) and a “leave the keys here and you’re good” was off putting and didn’t match the hospitality we were met with at check in.

Honestly the carpet in the hallways was filthy, but once you enter the room and see that Big King Size Bed all u want to do is Sleep and it is Very Comfortable!
