As you enter the home, you'll be greeted by a spacious and open living area that's flooded with natural light. The living room features comfortable furnishings and a large TV. The floor plan flows into the dining area and kitchen making it the perfect space for your group.

The fully equipped kitchen features all the amenities you'll need to cook up a delicious meal, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, and microwave. There's also plenty of counter and cabinet space for all your cooking needs.

The four bedrooms are all spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for you and your guests to spread out. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated and features comfortable beds, ample storage space, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light.

Outside you have the front porch with seating to hang out and the backyard with additional seating and access to the arcade room.

I will be available for whatever you may need as I live very close to the property. I will very likely be in the Charleston area as well, but it not, I can still provide guidance or recommendations for activities you may be interested in.

The Charleston Heights neighborhood is conveniently located close to everything! It is less than 10 minutes to Downtown Charleston, 7 minutes to the heart of Park Circle, and roughly 20 minutes to Sullivans Island where you can access one of Charleston's best beaches. Very close by in Charleston Heights is Rebel Taqueria, a great dive bar serving up all your taco cravings. Also catch a show at Firefly Distillery or one of the cool events at Riverfront Park, both just 5 minutes away!

Very clean and appears to be newly renovated. We had 3 adults and 3 kids and had plenty of bedroom space. Living room and kitchen areas were nice. Very quiet area and close to downtown and beach areas. Would definitely stay again!!

Close to Riverfront Park
We stayed here for Highwater Festival and thank goodness we did. While others were stuck in traffic, we were able to walk home. The house is lovely - the attention to detail is fantastic. You do have to share the courtyard with other guests and that was my only negative. Very nice place and we appreciate the hospitality.
