The Space:
Please note that the pool is NOT regularly maintained from October through March. If you would like to use the pool during those months, you are welcome to do so, but it is important to note that it is not heated and guests will be responsible for skimming any debris if you choose to use the pool during the off-season.
The STR Operational Permit for this property is in-process with the City of North Charleston and is following all regulations of the recently-issued ordinance.

ZERO smoking in house. No cigarette butts are to be left outside or on ground. A fine will incur if either are found.
Please note that while there is a grill at this property, we do not provide propane. If you'd like to purchase propane during your stay, we'd be happy to tell you the closest place to the property where propane is available for sale.
Please be considerate of neighbors. No parties or events. No additional guests or loud music outside past 10pm.

Pet policy: We do NOT allow pets at this property. Please note that we have a $500 fee for any time it is found that a pet has been at the property during your stay.
Extenuating Circumstances Hurricane Policy: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued by the Governor during the dates of your stay specifically for the county in which the property is located, the extenuating circumstances policy will be in effect, and we will refund any deposits or payments paid by the guest. We shall have no additional liability concerning the reservation. However, if a Mandatory Evacuation Order is NOT issued, then THE STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY WILL REMAIN IN EFFECT SHOULD THE GUEST CHOOSE TO CANCEL THEIR RESERVATION. If inclement weather in any other part of the country or world during the dates of stay prohibits or alters the guest (or any individuals in the guest's group) from traveling to the property, a refund will not be issued, and we shall have no liability with respect to the reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly recommend guests purchase travel insurance.
