I messaged the host after receiving check in instructions bc it states, “that only the guests on the reservation are permitted in the residence without prior consent. We were traveling for a youth baseball tournament and I asked the host if having 1-2 families over after the games was ok and I never received a response. Host was super responsive prior to this question.
The house is old and has patched up work on the walls that is not painted.
I wish the host posted the surrounding neighborhood, as we would have chosen a different area. We’re not from the Charleston area, but pictures would have spoken volumes.

A positive to this listing is the pool and 3rd bathroom in detached game room area out back.
