Spacious Home Close to Everything

Exactly as advertised. Very comfortable home that is close to everything in Downtown North Conway. Loved the downstairs space. Very pet friendly. Great stay!

Great spot!

This is a great house with lots of room for family members to spread out. Kitchen is well appointed, beds are comfortable. Location can't be beat. Walk to town, close to ski mountains, and a quick drive to snowshoe/X-C trails. Our only suggestion is to add a few throw rugs to the bedrooms and living room.

Great stay. Had everything we needed- enough space, pans, fire pit, grill, etc. House was clean, with plenty of supplies left for us to use. The “game” room was just one game table, but a cool hang out spot. Getting into the house was a process, with a 10 number passcode and no directions on how to use the pad- so locking up was impossible unless you locked the side door from the inside and went out the front… overall, great place to bring your family and great location!!!!

Comfortable place for a family in a central N. Conway location

Good location, with comfortable beds and a large open space. Furniture is not exactly as pictured (missing rugs, bed in the basement is in a different room), and the kitchen is not very clean (food on pots/pans, crumbs in drawers). It suited our needs and it didn't take long to clean the kitchen. Avoided cooking with some pans due to their condition.

We loved the location!

The description of the property was accurate—a little more spacious than pictures give it credit (win). What I loved the most was the neighborhood. It was quiet and within walking distance from the Main Street in North Conway.

this was a great location and very nice home with plenty of space.. all towels and bedding was nice.. the bed we slept in was hard so had to buy a mattress topper. and the heat was not working in one of the rooms but the property manager took care of it with good communication.

To start location was great. However, there was trash in the barrel under the sink. The knobs and switches for light's throughout were disgusting and needed thorough cleaning. The bathroom floor was not swept. The blanket on the couch needs to be washed. The lack of curtains for privacy was an issue. Overall cleanliness could have been better, perhaps some air fresheners. No way to shut off the flood light to the deck....thats an issue. Lack of hot water for showering major issue. Better quality toilet paper would be nice. The bedroom with the king bed, the mattress is absolutely awful. Would have rather slept on the floor. The drainage for the sinks both bathroom and kitchen....there was a fully loaded dishwasher. A light bulb on vanity in bathroom was out. For the amount of money paid for cleaning, time to find new people to clean the place. Will not be staying here again. Not worth the money.

Great Spot for all access to North Conway

House was clean and everything was set up that we needed. A very easy turn key vacation. Location is close to all tbe attractions, but also far enough away for it to be quiet. Only two small gripes would be the upkeep of the lawn and there is only one barrell for trash. With 8 people on property this fills up FAST! I had emailed out about this but never heard back. We did the best we could. Other than that it was great. We all would stay there again!!
