Well the housekeeping left a dirty bathing suit in the bathroom we froze because they have the heat locked. I had written on the comment card about the bathing suit and when we left we had the do not disturb sign on the door but housekeeping decided to go in our room anyway and she saw the comment I left and worth a note back to me but still left the bathing suit in the bathroom. Also they touched all my stuff folded my clothes that were in my suitcase I'm disgusted that someone was in my room when they weren't supposed to be touching my stuff. They left trash but organized my belongings. Never again will I stay there nor will I recommend this place

The place was drabby looking. The set up of the room was strange. Not much room in the bathroom. You could not open the door if you were on the toilet. You had to step up to get to the beds and you had to shimmy between the foot of the bed and the wall to get to the bureau. There were no instructions on how to use the remote for the tv in the living room.

Wonderful, relaxing stay at a great price
Overall perfect place to stay for my wife, daughter, and I at a great price. The location is perfect and the grounds at the inn are perfect and comforting. The staff is welcoming and so friendly and helpful. The room was lovely. The sliding barn door between the bedroom and living room (where the pull out couch) was perfect touch. My daughter felt like she had her own room for the night. This is a great place to stay. A+++++++

The staff was incredible. I have read all the reviews and everyone says staff is great except one lady. I think I met this lady. She is not rude at all. She's actually very nice and great to talk to. When I first met her she was not rude. Just direct. I can understand why people may get that feeling, but don't jump the gun. If you take a minute to talk to her you will realize thats just her personality and she's actually very kind and sweet. I enjoyed talking with her. Very much. The suite we had was incredible. Beautiful. Room 140. The property itself has alot for kids. Its great. This was our first family trip to north conway.we ralized we like the other side of NH better. Im so bummed because I would stay here every vacation. Wish I could take the inn and the staff with me. Everything was superb overall. I highly recommend.

We had an issue upon arrival, we notified the front desk that channels like cbs, abc, fox were not working but the movie channels were. We are a big football family so cbs abc were important to us. The maintenance man came in and looked at it while we went to dinner. We came back and the tv still didn’t work. The could not give us a new room as they were sold out. The maintenance guy blamed it on that each room was individually owned and there are many different types of tvs. We were disappointed

Close to the center of North Conway which was great and very nice pool. Outdated inside. Desk overcharged me by $175 and then was condescending when I asked to be refunded. It took about 5 days to get my money back. Unacceptable.
