Every year my sister and I travel to North Conway to shop and have some sister fun. This is our first time staying here and we were not disappointed. Our room was ready early, room was super clean, beds comfortable and the breakfast served was delicious. Barb was super friendly offering us her favorite restaurants! disappointment for a family trip
I booked this hotel for a family trip, as our kids love waterparks. It is a huge disappointment. The water park staff is rude. There is no soft pad in the water pool, and my kid landed on her heels hard on the concrete when she glided down. The lukewarm hot tub is for adults over 18 years old only, which is strictly reinforced by the waterpark staff. We went to the nearby Kahuna Laguna Indoor Water Park instead.

The place is nice, the only problem is that they don't clean the rooms every day as I was expecting . The beds are very uncomfortable, my back hurts now and the people who went there with me told me the same thing about their back. The sofa beds also need some attention. On the other hand , the water park is really good for the kids . Finally , the breakfast was really good .
