What a great and nice little hotel perfectly located near North Conway town… I had my doubts when I booked it but it was totally worth it… is a simple nice a cozy hotel with a great view to the mountains. Room are small but clean, definitely book it if you want to save money and be close to town!!

Woman at front office was very nice and accommodating. Made suggestions on restaurants and things to do around the area. We stayed on second floor and room was simple and clean. Spectacular views too! Has K cup coffee maker and mini refrigerator. Shower worked fine. Pillows and bed (2 queens) were comfy. But……towels needs to be replaced ( they were worn out and stained), sink needs replacement and heater/AC was super loud. Great price for the area though so we’re not complaining but merely suggesting. We actually stayed another night because we took a drive to Omni Resort at Mt Washington. The lady at the front office gave us a very good price for another night. We would definitely go back. The place is clean and comfortable.

Very strange experience about 6 o'clock pm turned out to be an employee was using their key and they said they thought the room wasn't occupied. We were registered guests. However, we did love our room and the view of the mountains beyond.

I love this place!
I always stay here when I come to North Conway for outdoor adventures. It is affordable, clean and in a great location right on the main street. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about all things local. The rooms are warm and the showers are hot and it is a great place to enjoy comforts after a long day in the mountains!
