Clean room only thing I had a problem with house cleaning only leaves one wash cloth for two people to use other they that everything was good the cookies and restaurants around was convenient!

While passing through Salem, OR
The room size was sufficient, I always feel more comfortable when I’m not in a tiny space. As far as the cleanliness I would say it was sub par. It was evident that the room has gone through some renovations. In which I will mention on that as well a little later. So the carpet and LVP are on the newer side. However there were various stains throughout out the room. As for the Quality of the renovations the installer clearly cut some corners and the final product was not good to say the least. In the bathroom the towel rack was off the wall.

Hotel was under renovation but that wasn’t communicated. We stayed a week and housekeeping only came into our room twice and we had to tell management to get that done. Other days we had to go to front desk to get towels. We also had to request toilet paper.
Towels which were not picked up.
Lack of toilet paper.

We enjoyed our stay. Despite being right next to the elevator, the room was very quiet. We really appreciated the renovated bathroom (although they should’ve changed the carpet while they were at it). The front desk staff were very professional and friendly. We felt safe staying there and would stay again.
