The Space:
This is an upstairs apartment above a garage/housekeeping room. It's entrance is in the back of the house and it does not share a wall with the main house. When you enter you will head directly upstairs to the unit. You will park in the carport on the side of the garage
We provide starter coffee and tea for your stay.

Guest Access:
*Driveway/Parking area is shared with second unit, no other space is shared
*This listing is based on double occupancy, meaning there is a fee for each guest beyond 2 people. Day visitors are not allowed so every person on the property (including infants and children) at any time, must be on your reservation. Maximum guest occupancy is 6.
*Please do not try to open locked doors or wonder into patios belonging to other units in the property.
* Early checkin and Late check out must be arranged in advance and will come with a charge. The Housekeeping company pays their staff by the hour, whether they are cleaning or waiting for guests to leave. In general they charge a fee of $25 per hour to alter the check in or check out time
*We do not alter our cancellation policy for instances of snow, rain, smoke from fires and closures to the national park.
*Driveway/parking area is shared with second unit, no other space is shared.

The Neighborhood:
This house is located on a beautiful 3 acre property surrounded by large and beautiful pine trees. We are about an 8 minute drive to Bass Lake and neighbors are few and far between, but sound does travel in the mountains, so please be mindful of noise.

Getting Around:
You will need a car to get around.

Note: At times Yosemite National Park requires reservations, see the official website for details, if you fail to get them you can take the YARTS bus or another tour into the park without reservations.

Other Things to Note:
Charcoal for the grill is not provided. While we try to keep salt, pepper and oil stocked for your convenience, it is not guaranteed.

The thermostat is set to allow you to set it to a minimum and maximum temperature. Should you need to exceed these temperature limits there are additional fees.

Please note: some roads from the East, such as Tioga Pass and Glacier Point are seasonal and are closed October through June.

Pack-n-play must be requested in advance.

PLEASE NOTE: Hot Tub is available for use 24/7 but please know that the hot tub servicer will stop by at some point, during daytime hours, to service the hot tub. We do also have other service providers (Gardner, pest control etc) that may be outside on he property during daytime hours, from time to time.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not alter our cancellation policy for instances of rain, snow, smoke from fires, failure to get reservations to the National Park or closures to the national park. Please purchase your travel insurance accordingly.

Lost and Found: All lost and found items will be kept for up to 7 days. Shipping cost and staff time to mail it back will be charged to the guest. The minimum fees to ship an item start at $50 and goes up depending on shipping cost.

Interaction with Guests:
We live about 25 minutes away and can usually be available in an emergency. The best way to contact us is by messaging us. Please reserve phone calls for emergencies. Please also know that we may not answer a message or phone call in the middle of the night.
