A lot of wear and tear, but it is an airport property. We have stayed in less for less, and so we felt the price could have been lower given the myriad of small repairs and deep cleaning that should have been done. The owners of the property should hire more employees and/or pay them better as the room was clean and the staff was wonderful. We would probably stay elsewhere on our next visit, but that is not due to staff or management, but is a corporate dec

The hot tub was filthy and had scum around the edges. When the jets were turned on about 6 inches of foam formed on the top. There were no towels in the pool area and no one around to refill them. The room was not clean either

Pit stop in Saskatoon on our way to Edmonton. Good location, bar, food, breakfast connected to hotel. I felt housekeeping was not up to par, tv screen big smear, electrical outlet did not work in bathroom, shower unions spraying water everywhere, water did not drain fast from the tub when having shower. Queen bed seemed smaller than a normal queen-no tape measure to verify though.

Good service, but not the greatest rooms
The check-in experience was very good. The front desk clerk was helpful and accommodating as we had to fly out early in the morning. They called a cab so it would be waiting for us when we needed and the cost of leaving our car was much cheaper than any other parking company or hotel. The rooms need some updating and we’re not very clean looking (needed some serious elbow grease to clean them up). They looked a bit dingy and there were a few hairs in the tub and pink around the bathtub tiles.
