A great hotel with outstanding service and fantastic staff. Rooms are very nice with comfortable beds and generous size bathrooms. Fantastic rooftop pool and bar to cool of on a hot day. Breakfast options are awesome. Highly recommend.

Fantastic Hotel but terrible mattresses
Overall a great hotel, lots a fantastic amenities but the rooms need a little attention, you could see where they were showing signs of wear, such as the upholstery on the couch. Great location with restaurants and shops in walking distance. Beautiful rooftop pool, all day breakfast and a nice spa. All the staff were amazing and very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the mattress was absolutely terrible, way too firm and I didn’t get any sleep all week. I did change rooms after a few nights but the mattress was just as firm. The staff tried to make me more comfortable by putting extra duvet on the mattress, by the last night I was sleeping on three duvets folded in half but it didn’t help, I still felt like I was sleeping on a slab of concrete. It was absolute torture and it really affected my whole holiday. I almost considered cutting my trip short and going home so I could sleep in my own comfortable bed LOL The hotel needs to update their mattresses to pocket spring and pillow top style or at least have memory foam/latex mattress toppers for those travellers that are not accustomed to sleeping on such a firm mattress. I would love to stay here again but not until they update their mattresses. I had friends staying in the hotel in one of the villas and they also had trouble sleeping due to how firm the mattresses were.

Got a really noisy room first facing the road. Complained about and got another room facing the back. Yhank you! Breakfast of poor quality. 2 star. If you dont mind to wal everywhere, its ok there. That road itself has got nothing to offer.

My parents loved the stay here to celebrate their anniversary . The staff were so kind, did a special sthg on a short notice for them and great facilities. My mum is vegetarian and they accomodated her needs well

Lived in suits but surprised as hotel offered 2 bottles of water only, i had to buy water bottles from the market, also hotel couldn’t provide extra blankets as i was not keeping well, having cold, they could provide only one blanket with great difficulty. Sales Manager was not cooperative at all. Another important point want to highlight as on checking in , Sales Manager also demanded US$ 50 as security deposit which was not mentioned while booking the rooms for two days. It was explained that it was the policy for the hotel. Anyways, good staff, basically caring Bali people give good staying
