I had a great experience with the hotel staff; they were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help. However, I did notice that some of the other guests seemed a bit concerning. It made the overall atmosphere feel less comfortable than expected. I hope the management can address this aspect to ensure all guests feel safe and at ease during their stay.

First room air didn't work. Was moved next door and there were roaches in the mini fridge and in the bathroom. There were no towel, toilet paper, or trash cans in the room. Non smoking room smelled like smoke. Left after one night.

I was excited for my stay at this hotel, great price and advertised a pool... Read Further... I arrived at the property, ready to enjoy an evening of relaxing after a long trip. As the staff was checking me in, I noticed the pool covered. I'm tired of hotels advertising Pools/hot tubs and when you get there, they are not in service. There should be a way to say - certain amenities are unavailable when making the booking as I would have looked elsewhere. Secondly, This was probably the first time I have questioned my safety and security at a hotel. 9:30 at night, I'm relaxing watching TV.. not a knock, but a banging on my door... I got up, and asked who was it.. there was someone claiming to be maintenance man wanting to fix and issue I personally did not report. (Red flag) I noticed papers were shoved into the peep hole, so you can't see out nor in. I stayed away from the door and my shouted response was you are not coming in here tonight. He at that point had left. I looked down , on the floor is the cord disconnected from the phone On high alert already as I am traveling alone, I placed some my heavy bags against the door. Cleanliness - they missed a older hand towel at the top of the shower curtain. I did pull the blankets and sheets to make sure they were fresh. The good things I will say - The bed was comfortable, elevator worked, spacious

So as a person who stays in motels a good bit I am not picky at all and as long as the hotel appears clean I am ok. but this place has taken the cake and so I had to leave a review. Firstly they refused to give us two keys and every place we always stay its something we like to have. Secondly the room was filthy, left over clothes in the drawers and the toilet actually had a poop stained which someone half cleaned. The bed appeared comfortable until my husband and I got into it and it was broken and caved in the middle. We were so tired from not sleeping the night before and being up day I did not go complain. We also got back to the hotel room late that night after midnight and we were told the elevator was not working so we had to walk up four flights of stairs. Well I wouldn't complain but my husband has a bad knee so that was fun and I am thinking goodness what would someone do if they were actually handicapped. In the am I complained about the issues we had and was hoping they could accommodate in some way. They told me they couldn't do anything. Save yourself and pass this one up.

On the Expedia it said there is pool and I picked this one because I needed a pool, I even arrived earlier than the appointment I had to be able to swim then they said the pool is totally closed

Not a big fan
The air conditioner was leaking water into the room. The bedframe had screws sticking out. The bathroom sink had no stopper. The TV power was on a separate light switch that you had to turn on before the TV would work and nobody told us that. The hallway carpet was covered in dirt and debris.

This Windham is not representative of the franchise. It is run down. False advertisement: no breakfast, no hair dryer, coffee maker, paper cups, ironing board, iron in the room. No hook for hanging wet towels on the door. Shower curtains were not properly assembled. Health and safety hazards: broken and chipped bedframe , unhinged coat hanger unit in front of bathroom, lamp improperly assembled caused electrocution. Positive side: Air conditioning worked well and the bed was very comfortable.

Roach infested. They were crawling out of everything. Even on the ceiling, toilet, bed, everything. Never made it to check sheets for bed bugs. But i wouldn't put it past them. Room wasnt ready when i arrived and still wasnt ready at 830pm. Waited all that time to not stay there anyways.

Horrible and crapy survives
This was the WORST experience of my life... Check in took over 30 mins .. got to room it smelled horrible my son instantly started having breathing problems ( he has asthma) took one step in the door and turned around. Started calling otjer hotels and went back to front desk to get a refund was told " you already signed for the room there nothing i can do.... i expressed my sons health issues and they said the didnt care!!!!!!

The property seems to be getting upgrades to different areas. The check in area looked recently renovated and the bathroom in the room was recently done. Everything else is very old though. You can hear the other tenants very easily and you have to wait for someone to come to the front desk. I also booked a king bed but the room had a queen bed attached to a king frame.

I arrived to an 85 degree room and it smelled horrible. The bedding did not seem fresh. There was no curtains on window. I was in room 319 and it smelled like old cigarettes. Very very terrible for a Baymont Inn.
