We were greeted amazingly! The rooms were super clean, just older. Quiet night for us.. but bright. Needed a sleep mask. Great price. Coffee was in room even though it said it was not. Easy parking.

As we arrived at the property, I had been dealing with a medical issue. My wife got us checked in and when explaining the situation to the person in the office - I believe it was Zach - he came out and unloaded our luggage into the room so my wife could assist me with the medical issue. Property needs updates. No hot water at 8AM for a shower, no free breakfast. Maid didn’t come in at all to replenish towels or empty trash. Poor value for the money.

If you like to support small, local businesses, this is a good place to do that. It’s a 1950s/1960s style motel, which can be great sometimes and scary sometimes. This one is quite good. The property manager is friendly and on top of his game. Our room was clean and comfortable and quiet. It’s an older property without a lot of frills. But our stay was fine and completely uneventful.

Durango is a beautiful town. But this motel seemed old and tired. It was fairly expensive compared to many of the other hotels and suites on out trip and was the only one that didn't include breakfast.
