Staff were very helpful and very welcoming. We were there because family in royal Melbourne hospital. We didn’t know each day what we were doing. Staff were always very accommodating, each time when we phoned as asking to stay again they were very polite and always made it possible to stay on short notice. Thank you for making a very difficult time easier for us. Ww would certainly stay again.

Our overall stay at Arden Motel was great. They went to a lot of trouble to provide us with a Continental Breakfast & make the room as comfortable as possible. The building itself is quite old & needs some attention. Also the bathroom in our room needs a lot of attention. It had everything we need but needs a good update renovation to make it more appealing?t

Its an older motel but still a good one. Very friendly and helpful staff. On site free parking. And they let me leave my car there after check out for a cupple of hours. Thank you. Not far into the city by tram or a good walk.

I had a good experience, the only thing I found not so great was the stairs, there was no lift, I was on the top floor and had to carry my case up two flights of stairs. Everything else was a good experience. Its not disable friendly.
