*Dogs Allowed, no other pets permitted. Maximum two dogs, 25 lbs each.
* Check-in is 4:00pm, Check-out is 10:00am
*Outdoor pool is closed around November 1-April 1st
*Check in information will be sent 3 days before check in
*Motorcycles, golf carts, and trailers are allowed at this property.
*Gas and charcoal grills on property.
*Washer/dryer located in property.
*Daily housekeeping unavailable.

Entertainment options include live shows and concerts such as Pirate’s Voyage, Carolina Opry, House of Blues (live music), Main Street (live bands in beach clubs), Alabama Theater, and more. There are even more options in Myrtle Beach, including the Boardwalk and Broadway at the Beach. These are a very easy to get to from the beach house as well, making for a great relaxing trip!

House Rules:
1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times.
2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.
3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.
4. If there is damage to the linens or the property, additional charges will apply.
5. $150 Inconvenience fee if property is still occupied (after 10 a.m. on check-out day) when housekeepers arrive.
6. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.
