Nice but not really pet-friendly
This was a quick one night stay in a cat friendly room. Some issues: First, this is a ADA room so the door shouldn't need to be pushed so hard to open and close. Closing it was an issue. The door between the rooms did not close at all and you have to slam it to keep it from opening and then ram your body against it to open it again. The bed is NOT cat friendly. Any bed an animal can get under is not pet friendly. Also 1 window didn't lock but they do have it so no one can get in. The service is semi-consistant throughout the Homewood Hilton chain. They all SUCK at recycling. There is no recycling in the rooms at this location.

Great staff at check-in. Loved the outdoor patio area outside to eat breakfast. Also the free breakfast was extremely well done and attentive staff. Definitely would stay here again!

Arrived late night/early in the AM with a large group. I had called to advance my late arrival and hotel confirmed .. upon arrival every member of our group had to go back to the reception desk at least once because room keys did not work. Most people had to return twice. @ 745 the first maid started knocking on my door to clean the room.. I told her I was checking out at 11AM @ 9 the second maid opened my door disregarding the do not disturb sign after I got them Out of the room I called the front desk to tell them to keep out of the room at 10 am another maid oooened the door .. I would never stay here or recommend this hotel to anyone

The room was musty smelling from the wet corner. both remote controls for the two TV's were broken and batteries would fall out. the cable signal was scrambled. called front desk and told nothing they could do about it. Bed was great, but will never stay here again.
