Pleasant Stay, clean and friendly service, Breakfast was OK, but was always the same food every Day, limited selection. Did not get my AARP discount when I extended my stay for an additional 3 days. I was told to contact Expedia but I had booked it thru Hotel’s.com. Disappointed with that.

The staff was nice & helpful & the breakfast was very good each morning, The problems were; pillows were very flat (front desk woman said better pillows were on order), I had ants on my desk top, bed, & floor for couple of days & two worm like crawling bugs on bathroom floor two separate days(I flushed both of them down the toilet)!

I had a pleasant stay at the Comfort Inn Newport News/Williamsburg East. The location is convenient for visiting Williamsburg and Busch Gardens. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the beds were very comfortable. The free breakfast had a good variety of options and the rooms were clean. Overall, it's a good budget-friendly option with satisfactory service and amenities.

Management is not doing there job. I can write an essay on this hotel, but it will taking more space. But i left unsatisfied and upset with everything they offered. Top it off ac unit wasn't working correctly and the carpets are filthy. I dont recommend this place to no one. Please stay away until they improve as a business, im very disappointed with comfort inn. Honesty is the best way to describe poor service. Stay away!!!

DO NOT STAY AT THIS FACILITY!!! Outside of property looked completely unkempt, check-in area was dark, dingy and unwelcoming, check-in took an inordinate length of time, room was dingy, chipped paint, no closet to hang clothes, no USB ports, furniture was shoddy, shower was filthy, ironing board may have been used by a butcher it was so stained. There was only one night table for a King sized bed(never before had only one night table in ANY hotel). It was so deplorable that we left after having only been there for 30 minutes even knowing that we would have to eat the room charge. Never, Never, NEVER again will patronize Comfort Inn.

Upon arrival, no one was at the front desk for a check in for 5 to 10 minutes. That was after ringing the bill and calling the front desk where the phone just rang and no one was available. After check-in, our room was unsatisfactory, it smelled of marijuana smoke. so going back to the front desk where again I had to wait for five minutes after calling and ringing the bell for someone to assist me. This obviously could’ve been just a bad day or staffing issues. Our next day there was always someone at the front desk the breakfast was also well good. The location is very close to Fort Eustis and that was why we chose it. Not sure if I would choose to stay there again though. Hotel next-door had lots of people hanging around outside, and often smelled of marijuana as well
