Slight problem with millipedes crawling in under door jam at night so watch ya step..saw two roaches too..and the microwave had to be moved outlet not in working order check room windows on first floor my didn't lock ...last may need to bring broom and mop not sure they sweep and mop after each checkout my floor was a bit un kept

We asked for house keeping numerous times asked for towels and wash clothes, they never came I even put them outside the door as a “reminder” they sat there until the next day which I personally had to go to the front desk and get again anyways. House keeping didn’t touch our room the entire time we were there!!!

So our section of the hotel smelled light weed. Beds were ok but not comfortable. We had a bug problem with millipedes. At night we had issues with people being extremely loud and a dog that would not shut up. Our faucet was leaking too. The lady that checked us in was friendly. No military discount but that wasn't too big of a deal.

These rooms were dirty!!!! It smelled horrible here. It was dog hairs in the AC unit and all over the place. Rooms had roaches and the bed sheets were not changed They had long hairs a stains on them. The floors were sticky. I and had to spend time and money from my vacation to wash the bed sheets. Then I had to buy cleaning supplies and bug spray from walmart just to keep stuff from crawling on us. Alot of people live here permanently. There was alot of yelling and fighting and dogs barking!!! All hours of the night. Police needed to be called. Never again will I stay at any Red Roof Inn. This is not a clean or safe place for children to stay at either!!!

This was the worse hotel I have ever stayed in. People actually live in the hotel and it shows, police had to be called because of the fighting. The floors were filthy. We had to clean everything. I am not exaggerating. Please choose a somewhere else if you want a comfortable stay.

The office Mgr Tabby or Bobby cant remember her name but she was very nasty, she had kicked my kids out of the room while i was at work and called the cops, wouldnt take any responsibility of her own actions regarding her employees, she does not know how to run any property she also does not know what goes on the property, Mike the i am assuming he is ok when he wants to be half of the time him and his peoples are drunk on the job, rooms well they are nasty and full of cockroaches and other bugs, Do not go there and if you do please make sure you record everything from making payments to recording any conversation that may have accerd between 2 parties just have every proof cause these people will lie on you quick and habe your personal belongings out in the streets along with your kids.

Quiet and safe
Our stay was pretty good. The area was very quiet and felt safe. You needs a key card to get into both the building and our room. The room was clean and comfortable. My only complaint is how much the bed creaks with every little movement. But I would definitely stay again
