The hotel common areas were clean and peaceful. The guests services representative was really pleasant and helpful. I always whipe down the room before getting comfortable and I found NOTHING unclean including linnen. The location is convenient to local eateries and shopping for souvenirs. I do plan on revisiting when they reopen in spring.

Everything was great. Staff was amazing, Everything was clean and felt safe. The pool and arcade were both really nice. The only thing I didn't care for was the lights on the balcony. They came on automatically with no option to dim or turn off.

High hopes to a let down.
So first we booked this hotel for our anniversary weekend and we were excited to arrive to the hotel after looking at the site and seeing what there was and was around. But after arriving it was a little bit of a let down from the start but soon as we got into our room that’s where it went down hill. Wall paper was coming off in all areas of the room, desk and tables were covered in dust and the carpet you can tell and feel hasn’t been cleaned properly. There was food remnants under the tv stand. Tiles were falling of in 3 spots of the “ kitchen “ area. Our tub had still water in it from whoever and or whenever. Offered vending machines for quick snacks and drinks but seeing how they weren’t properly filled choices were very slim. Overall wasn’t worth the amount of money they charged .. not at all.

The room smelled of a strong mildew odor. Room could definitely have been cleaned better. There was a lot of hair all over everything. The shower sink was held up by a piece of wood with nowhere to put your bathroom items. When you ran the shower it got water all over the bathroom floor. Desperately needs to be updated.

We encountered two front desk associates who were both amazing. The first was at about 11:30ish on September 29th and the other, about 1am on September 29th. Both were friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and helpful. Unfortunately the room itself was not good. Several issues in the bathroom including a constantly running toilet.

After reading some of the other reviews I was a little concerned, but place the reasonably priced and better than expected. The fridge and kitchenette were really nice to have. We had some moisture / water leaking from the bathroom ceiling, and they promptly sent someone to look at it and it was better the remainder for the trip. As some of the other reviews mentioned the sliding door in our room to the balcony didn’t lock, but since it was adults in the room we weren’t super concerned but would be worrisome if we had children with us. The bus stop was right at our block with was super convenient as well and helped with getting around.
