Remodeled condo in Park City is a rarity in more ways than one. Not only is it located right on the mountainside giving you the easiest possible Ski-in, Ski-out access to the slopes, ski school and ski lifts, it also sleeps up to 13 people. So if you’re looking for somewhere a big group of friends/couples can stay, or if you’re vacationing as a family and want to be under the same roof together, this is the best place for you. This is a genuine Ski-in ski-out property and you can ski down to 5 lifts and walk out to the ski school meetup in the morning.
The Taylor is a beautiful and modern condo spread out over two floors. On the lower level, the open concept design gives you all a chance to enjoy each other’s company. In its center is the living area complete with comfy couches, a gas fireplace for easy starting and a 70-inch Smart TV also with cable access. So, movie nights and streaming sessions can happen after busy days out on the snow
Sharing the same space as the living area is the kitchen, with custom cabinetry, high quality granite countertops and great appliances making mealtime preparation fun time. The kitchen is stocked with cookware, plates, cutlery, and glasses (plus some basics like salt, pepper, etc.) so you can dine in style. And with a breakfast bar area with stools, anyone not involved in the cooking can watch, maybe while enjoying a drink.
On the other side of the living area is the dining table with amazing views of the mountain ranges, the ideal place to host a special occasion meal, or for work or games. And next to here, another sitting area with a couch that converts into a queen bed, creating sleeping space for two more. That gas fireplace is sure to be welcome too, especially if it’s super chilly outside
THE 4 BEDROOMS
There aren’t many properties so close to the slopes that sleep as many people as this condo. The quartet of bedrooms are, like the rest of the house, wonderfully presented and designed with your comfort in mind.
The master bedroom, which features a king bed and large LED Smart TV is on the lower level of the home and can be directly accessed from the sitting area. There’s an ensuite bathroom with a tub and shower for whoever gets this room. There is a wonderful floor to ceiling window that provides great light and views and has blackout curtains for nighttime.
The other three bedrooms are on the upper floor of the property. Two of them have a queen bed in each, and both these rooms have raised indoor viewing decks from where you can marvel at the splendid mountain ranges in the distance. These two rooms also have a sliding barn door between them, so they can be opened for fun, or closed for privacy. It’s up to you! One of these rooms also has direct access to the bathroom on the upper level.
The remaining bedroom is ideal for multiple guests as it has a Queen Bed plus a triple bunk. There’s also an LED Smart TV in here, so the guests can watch their favorites .
THE 3 BATHROOMS
As well as the ensuite to the main bedroom downstairs, there is a second bathroom on the lower floor with a walk-in shower, also with new flooring, tiles and everything else. And the third bathroom is upstairs, also with a new suite. Having three bathrooms means no one need be waiting long to get ready to go out at the start of each day or for a night out on the town.
TOWELS AND TOILETRIES PROVIDED
No need to bring towels from home as your hosts will ensure there are plenty for everyone, along with toiletries. There is also a hotel style blow dryer in each bathroom provided. So you’ll have more room in your bags for other stuff!
REMOTE WORKING
It may be the case that someone in your group isn’t just here for the ski and après ski. They may have work to do in which case they’ll find plenty of space to work in the condo and good internet to help them keep in touch with clients, customers and colleagues.
LAUNDRY
Your hosts have ensured there’s a washer and dryer in the condo which is a necessity at the end of a wet day or if you need to clean any clothing ready to be worn again.
FREE PARKING
Staying here entitles you to a parking space in the underground car park in the same building as the condo. It’s the best parking in Park City. And it’s just a short elevator ride up from the parking garage to the condo.
4 FREE INDOOR SKI LOCKERS
A great, hassle and fee-free way to keep your skis slope side which makes your ski experience truly relaxing. The lockers are just downstairs and immediately adjacent to the ski mountain.
EASY ACCESS TO THE SLOPES
There is simply no need to load your car each day and get stuck in traffic on your way to the parking lots to go skiing. Just take the elevator down from your condo, grab your helmets, skis etc. from the lockers and ski down to the chair lift. And at the end of the day do it all in reverse. It couldn’t be easier! No driving or parking hassles. No carrying heavy equipment. That’s the real value and beauty of staying in this ski-in, ski-out home.
