The hotel and staff were awesome but with it being a pet friendly hotel, there were two dogs howling for hours!!! This made it a terrible stay!

I made a mistake in booking and neither Expedia nor Tru were willing to help Solve my problem. I ended up double paying which feels very unfair. I will never use Expedia or stay at a Tru again.

We had a great stay at Tru in NP. It was clean. The hotel has nice amenities like the gym, pool table in the lobby, and 24 snacks/drinks for purchase. The room had just the right functionality…no bulky dressers that go unused.

I liked the convenience of online check in through the Hilton app plus a hotel key on your phone. Cute and clean rooms. Water pressure kind of low in shower but at least it got hot! Can hear minimal noise from interstate/highway but would stay again.
