Hotel was within walking distance to Moda Centre. Area around main road to the north of hotel was dirty and felt a bit unsafe. Hotel Shuttle was fantastic and saved me from having to park downtown.

Greasy fingerprints all over room, filthy bathroom floors, bed linen obviously was not changed from last visitor, sheets smelled like filthy mop water, just about everything was dirty. Room service trays all over the hallways at 4 pm, with flies swarming, still there at checkout at 11 am. Disgusting place! Outside, homeless roam free. A good place for a stabbing with no visible security.

Not having stairs that go up was a very inconvenient wait. Most guests stay for events at Moda, and so afterwards the lobby is full of dozens of people waiting for one of three elevators to climb 10 floors just to get to their rooms. Frustrating to stand in the crowded line when we- and others- would’ve been happy to take the stairs. The prices in the lobby convenient shop were also double what they’d be at the 7/11 next door.
