We had a pre-existing hole in the wall from the previous tenants, reported it immediately, then had the maintenance person come back 3 times, still not fixed. Then maintenance person came back at 4 30 am to fix while we were sleeping in our beds. My issue is that Hyatt sent out an auto email, and never responded. I don't want free stuff I just want Hyatt to know that that actually happened.

We’re are frequent visitors to the Hyatt, excellent staff and they’re super attentive to our old english sheepdog. Always clean and tidy rooms with great temperature control and first rate showers.

Some things I liked: The water pressure in the showers is great. The rooms were clean. The location is very close to the Moda Center. Some things that went poorly: We booked a double queen since there were 3 of us traveling (a mom, dad, and daughter). Even though we paid extra for that and booked months in advance, they didn't have one for us. So, the three of us were put in a king room with some extra blankets. To make up for this, they gave us a $50 credit to their market place. That will buy breakfast once for 3 people. They really did us dirty. Also, the set up of the rooms is not good. If you want privacy in the toilet area, you have to close the door between the toilet area and the beds. So, the people you're travelling with are either not in the room or trapped in the room. So, I recommend only traveling with people you are comfortable being nude in front of and going to the bathroom in close proximity to (there are no fans in the bathroom for background sounds like most hotels have). Overall, we would not stay here again.

Was very nice hotel within (safe) walking distance of the Moda Center. Parking is expensive but vehicle was safe. Trying to get to the room after concert was a long wait due to elevators slow. Long line. Bed was pretty hard. Nice clean and quiet room. Overall nice stay. Would stay again.
