Great Location for Outdoor Enthusiasts. Minutes from Nevada City, Yuba River, Bullard's Bar and other outstanding recreational opportunities. Wi-Fi, Cell Service and EV Charging all available.
Enjoy the back patio with it's triple waterfall feature, soak in the hot tub, walk and enjoy the herb and permaculture gardens, say hello to the chickens, or enjoy star gazing or roasting marshmallows around a campfire. The newly renovated home features a fully stocked chef's kitchen with commercial appliances, large dining/living area, an historic bar, 2 bedrooms with queen beds and their own private bathroom, and one bedroom with full bed and 2 trundles. A sofa bed is available in the living room. You won't find a TV, but there are lots of games/puzzles for a chance to "unplug" and truly connect with your friends and loved ones. There is lots of free parking with ample space for boats/trailers, and even an on-site EV charging station. For an extra add-on charge of $50/night, there is an additional near-by bedroom available (queen bed/private bathroom).
Note to returning guests: The full lodge with the upstairs is available on a different listing; for this listing the upstairs is not available for use and the price is lower.
