Serenity and Sunsets-Kai-Aah a 2Bed/2 Bath beachfront Condo in Kaibo, Cayman Kai

Come to Kai-Aah. A beautiful 2nd floor, beachfront condo with an island feel right on Kaibo beach. Quiet and secluded 1290 sq. feet of paradise. Recently completely renovated. The oversize master bedroom has a King size bed and seating area where you can relax while watching the amazing views through 2 large patio doors. The large en suite bathroom has a soaker tub and shower. The second bedroom has a king size bed and adjacent bathroom.
(A queen pullout bed is also available in the living room, pls let us know in advance to make the bed up for you )
Open concept kitchen and living room space, with another set of patio doors opening onto a full-length screened in balcony with dining table and chairs to curl up and read a book, or just watch the sunset.
Just a few steps away is Kaibo beach bar and restaurant, Kaibo coffee house, and Upstairs at Kaibo restaurant offering a unique fine dining option.
For the more adventurous, tours can be arranged from various companies from the Kaibo or Rum point docks ( Stingray City, Deep sea fishing, and bioluminescence etc.) Cayman Ferries pulls up to the dock nearby to take you over to Caymana Bay for shopping and an assortment of restaurants.
Take a refreshing dip in the pool on those hot, sunny days or sit in the hot tub in the evenings sipping your beverage of choice.
For those who don't ever want to leave the beach - 4 beach chairs, beach towels and charcoal bbq grill are available for use.
If you want to venture further down the road Rum Point has a famous Mudslide at their beach bar and restaurant and you can spend some one on one time with the Starfish at Starfish Point.
For those of you who can't fully get off the grid, Hi speed WiFi and cable TV are provided.

Short stay in Kaibo
Spent 2 nights at Kai-Aah. Condo was beautiful. Very clean and modern. Large screened in porch. Nice pool area. Very quiet area. Enjoyed our stay. We had to cut our stay short due to an incoming storm. Owner was great to deal with and credited us for the night we missed. Highly recommend staying here if you are looking for peace and quiet.

Great Kaibo retreat!
We had an absolute blast at Kai-aah. Jean provided great communication leading up to our stay we the hurricane was threatening, but fortunately no problems arose! The beach was very pleasant, and we enjoyed watching the activity throughout the day at the pier. Great snorkeling right off the beach, and White Sands Watersports right by the property was a great option for Stingray City. The condo itself is in top shape, and the views are incredible.

Great condo with a beautiful view of the bay from the huge screened in back deck. There is a restaurant, bar and coffee shop within walking distance and it’s only five minutes from Rum Point. Owner is great. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful Condo in a Beautiful Area
The condo was beautiful, very well stocked and very tastefully decorated. The owner thought of everything a guest might want (folding beach chairs, beach toys, cooler, BBQ grill set-up, etc.). The location was fantastic, in a wonderful neighborhood, on the beach next door to the Kaibo restaurants and right between Rum Point and Starfish Point. This was the perfect location for our family, and we loved living a tranquil island life for a week.

Lovely, Clean, Updated Kaibo Condo!
Pristinely clean, updated condo at a wonderful location in Kaibo! Highly recommend this place. We had a little issue when we arrived with doorknobs very loose on the two bedrooms. The manager immediately responded to my message. Turned out to be an easy fix. The master bed was very comfortable! And of course, had a great view of the water! Many thanks to our host! We will be back!

Beautifully Renovated condo in great location
Loved our week in Cayman. The condo was beautifully renovated and clean, with a gorgeous view of the water and Kaibo pier from the balcony. Jeanne was responsive if we had any questions, although the condo was fully stocked so didn’t need much. It’s a quiet area, but having the Kaibo restaurant nextdoor is a huge bonus. We enjoyed many meals, cocktails and coffee there. Being next to the pier was great for excursions as well. Definitely book your visit to snorkel and visit stingray city through white sand water sports, they’re the best and pick up at the pier. We also took the ferry to camana bay for shopping, restaurants and 7-mile beach. But don’t go on Sundays, all shops are closed. Had an amazing week and will visit again!

AMAZING!!
My husband, 12 y.o. daughter and I just came back from one of the best Spring Break trips we've had as a family, and much of that was due to staying here. It was as stunning if not moreso than what you see in the photos!! The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed and much more. I admit to being a very picky traveler. Kai Aah checked every single box on my list of things that need to be top-notch in a VRBO rental: cleanliness, beds/bedding, linens, appliances, decor, safety, accessibility, overall aesthetic/design quality, property overall. The screened-in patio stretches the entire width of the condo. We used this space almost more than we were indoors. The multiple seating options - and grill! - were all put to use. We LOVED the amount of light that came in from all of that exposure. As an added bonus, there were beach chairs, toys, coolers and an umbrella in the unit which we made great use of! The property itself was adorable. Having the beach right outside the door was incredible, as were the starfish that hung out in the warm, shallow water every day. Parking was never an issue, and having Kaibo and Rum Point as (very) nearby restaurant options was very much appreciated. Last but certainly not least, Jeanne was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was extremely responsive, helpful, informative and was without question part of why this trip was as memorable as it was. We cannot wait to go back :)

Quiet & beautiful Condo
The unit is exactly as described. It is very clean and very roomy. The furniture is all new and comfortable. Kaibo area is extremely quiet - so a car is a must. Star point beach is literally a 5 min walk down the street. Beach outside unit is lovely, but water has lots of sea grass, so not great for swimming.

Amazing beach stay!
Condo is perfect for a calm, relaxing vacation. Very spacious, clean, comfortable and well decorated. Plenty of space for family of 4. Great view from the porch or hanging on the beach in front of property. 5 minutes to Rum point which now has bar and food service. Was able to snorkel at Starfish point but many starfish visible at the shore line. So convenient to Kaibo restaurant next door. Area is quiet and while there were other people around, it did not feel crowded at all. Jeanne (owner) provides great communication and advice. My only complaint is that I did not stay here longer!
