Studio Garden Suite

Fully furnished studio suite for rent on east 29th street. Queen bed and double sized sofa bed. Three minute drive to Lynn valley mall and Lonsdale. Close to ski mountains, trails, golfing, bus stop right outside front door. Close to parks and highway access with only a fifteen minute drive to downtown. This is a smoke and pet free home. Separate entrance. Short term rentals. All utilities included. This is a family home with three young boys. Please message me if interested.

Please note there is only one large room, no separate bedroom.
