About this property

Entire place

Cosy Cottage is close to town, safe area.

" Cosy Cottage" is full of character and charm! The unique furniture and antiques add to this cottage's comfortable, homely atmosphere. The entire yard is private, with ample parking out the front, close to town and within walking distance of a kid-friendly restaurant / popular Hotel, The "Palm and Pawn Hotel ", and the great North Shore cafe. The kitchen has ample appliances: Nutri Bullet, a coffee machine, a Blender, a sandwich toaster, and much more. High chair, portable cot, there are three rooms bedrooms on the smaller side. The cottage includes an open-plan lounge/dining/kitchen and a separate sitting sunroom out back with an extra TV, toys, ample games and books for kids. Outside is an undercover BBQ area with a table and chairs for outdoor dining accompanied by a fire bucket and a full-size ping pong table with bats and balls. A great hit!
This cottage is old, however, functions well with very comfortable bedding.

I can also offer babysitting if you would like. Please message me for details. We respect the neighbours and do not allow very late parties; however, we encourage you to enjoy the space during your stay with respect for others. This cottage accommodates everyone with its charm of age. Far from a dull motel room.

A little cottage conveniently located close the the centre of town. The bedding was clean and fresh. Given the nightly rate, we would have preferred fresh coffee and tea facilities with a little more variety, and some staples. We found we arrived after a long and tiring drive and then had yo head out yo get some basic supplies. The furnishings are eclectic and reasonably comfortable.

Not as described.
Worst property we’ve ever stayed in. Come to Wagga for work regularly and never stayed in a worse property. Only enough hot water for one of us to shower after a hard day working. House was freezing. Rooms were tiny. Where was the Hot tub that was in description? Cob webs everywhere. Only positive was the host who was very welcoming and friendly but she needs to seriously upgrade the house. We won’t be back.

Nice cottage for family weekend
Cottage was clean, quiet and a short drive to Wagga centre. Beds were very comfortable and great hot water. We couldn’t work out how to turn on the over/cooktop despite turning on the wall switch though fortunately there was an electric frypan which we made use of. Overall a pleasant stay and provided what we needed for the weekend.

Great eclectic little cottage
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this quirky little place in a lovely quiet location. Kitchen was a little basic but kids loved the table tennis table and also the horses and cows nearby. Owner had excellent communication. Would happily stay again!

Lovely host and location
It's a lovely old place, it's just it is a bit old. I have a few allergies that maybe didn't like a bit of old house vibes. I think the kitchen and utensils could do with a little refresh. But it is a very quite and peaceful location right near the Uni and some pubs and the host is more than lovely.

Great quiet little property, walking distance to great food, short drive to the city and everything else you could need. Then its only 30 minutes to Junee or other local towns and sites. Lots to see and do then come home to a quiet cozy little cottage. There were only two of us but could easily accommodate a family or two couples with a little room to spare for some kids. It is an older cottage so keep that in mind if you prefer brand new modern facilities. But it was comfortable and suited us perfectly. Host was responsive, great comms and helpful. Thanks for hosting us. Cheers

Lovely clean property , well located in a quiet street
Booking was a breeze , communication with host was super easy . Property located in a quiet street in a lovely area. Very clean and well equipped , host was brilliant nothing to much trouble and very quick response. Only issue , I would not recommend property to anyone with mobility issues . It is a older cottage with different floor levels and access to shower over a very deep bath tub . Toilet access is um petite lol . Overall a lovely , clean character filled property with lovely hosts . Well located and value for money 🙂
