Service is terrible, room is in a state of non-living conditions. Walls leaking, smell is horrendous. No hygiene what so ever. Refused to stay there for a night. Bed bugs are very high likely to be found in the beds. Cameras are everywhere, very rude service. Completely

If you’re in Wildwood with children, this is the perfect location. The woman in the office was cool, the maintenance guy was helpful, really chill for N. Wildwood.

The room smelled musty and the bathroom had hairs left in there from the previous people like it was not cleaned. Also, we lost a room key and tried to get a hold of the office at 4:30p. There was a note to text a phone number for emergencies but no one texted us back or ever came to help. One of the other guests helped us find the maintenance person to let us in the door.

After checking in I was accused of going to leave my son and his friend there. We were watched like hawks moving everything in the room. The room was so outdated and smelled. So I told the clerk that she made us feel so uncomfortable that I didn’t feel comfortable staying there and asked for a refund and got nothing!!!!! They are horrible!
