This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath townhouse at Alpine Village provides plenty of space for you and your dog. Enter via a small mudroom with an interior screen door, into the open living area with a wrap-around couch facing the flat-screen Roku TV with cable on the wall. (The fireplace is decorative only.) Just beyond lies the dining area and fully-equipped kitchen, taking advantage of the open floor plan so you can all enjoy each other's company. Off the kitchen is a bath with a shower and a laundry closet, just before the door to the back deck. Here, you'll find seating and can step off for a walk, with a view of the mountains off to the right. Upstairs, on the second floor, find two bedrooms, each with a queen bed and TV (the primary a smart TV while you should bring a streaming device for the second), and a full bath between them. There's also a flight of stairs to the third bedroom above, which has two queen beds, a twin bed, and a futon for sitting to watch TV or play games there.
Alpine Village is located close to downtown North Woodstock. North Woodstock offers great dining opportunities including local favorites like the Woodstock Station & Brewery, Merland's Tap and Table, and the Woodstock Pie and Coffee Co. Locally, you will find plenty of seasonal and year-round activities to fill your time including shopping, golfing, mini-golfing, amusement parks (including a local waterpark), gondola/tram rides, natural attractions, alpine skiing and snowboarding, Nordic skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, river swimming (Cascade Park is just a walk away), kayaking, bird watching and much more.
Please note: Alpine Village Townhouses have only one allotted parking space.
Dogs are welcome in this unit. There is a $50 one-time pet fee per dog with a maximum limit of 2 dogs allowed.
This home does not offer a pool or fitness center membership. However, 1-month+ memberships are available at either the Nordic Inn Club or the Mountain Club on Loon for a separate fee.
