A nicely appointed three-bedroom, 1 ¾ bath, two-level townhouse in Alpine Village with updated flooring throughout. Enter the open-concept living room, dining area, and kitchen. Relax in front of the flat screen television in the living area, or choose something different at the enlarged kitchen counter with its own TV. The dining area has seating for four with three seats at the kitchen counter. The full kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher and microwave as well as a stacked washer and dryer, while just off the kitchen is a 3/4 bath. Step through the door beyond onto the spacious deck with an expansive lawn view.
On the second level, you will find three bedrooms and a full bath. The first bedroom offers a queen bed, the second bedroom a set of bunk beds, and the third also has a queen and AC.

Enjoy your membership in The Nordic Inn Club. Indoor pool and seasonal outdoor pool, indoor hot tub, outdoor hot tub, co-ed dry sauna, and fitness room. (Nordic is approximately 2.6 mi drive)

Alpine Village is located close to downtown North Woodstock. North Woodstock offers great dining opportunities including local favorites like the Woodstock Station & Brewery, Merland's Tap and Table, and the Pemi Public House. Locally you will find plenty of seasonal and year-round activities to fill your time including shopping, golfing, mini-golfing, amusement parks (including a local waterpark), gondola/tram rides, natural attractions, alpine skiing and snowboarding, Nordic skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, river swimming (Cascade Park is just a walk away), kayaking, bird watching and much more.

Dogs are welcome in this unit, there is a $50 one-time pet fee per dog with a max limit of 2 dogs allowed. (small dogs only please).
The Nordic Inn pool and fitness club may be unavailable for short periods due to mechanical or physical maintenance. Admittance may be denied for non-adherence to club rules.
Alpine Village does not offer a ski shuttle service.

Checking out the fall colors
Our family was looking around at possibly making a weekend out of a trip to Polly's. I didn't expect to find anything that met our needs within our excursion budget when we came across this condo. It was perfect on paper, and delivered in person. The house was spotless as we walked in, and every room had all the amenities needed for our stay. The back deck was amazing, and the kitchen had all the tools needed for us to cook. The town is adorable, with fun shops and places to eat. We'll be back again, and with more time to enjoy the house and the area.

Great Place in a great location
This is such a lovely place! Super clean and comfortable. The upstairs carpet is new and cozy. Beds are very comfortable. It has everything you need. The back door leads to an huge open space of grass, perfect for small children and to walk a dog. The pool club is pretty close and very nice to have access to. It’s located close to everything. Clarks Bears, Lost River Gorge, Whales Tail, downtown Woodstock and Lincoln. The only downside was that we were there during a heatwave and had to have the air conditioning running at all times which was quite noisy. We also had to empty the water out of them throughout the night. Not the owners fault, it was unseasonably hot and humid and I don’t think anyone’s ac could keep up that week. Would definitely recommend and come back to this condo in the future!

The place was just like the pictures, the neighborhood was pretty nice and the people were friendly. Everything was close to where we were staying and my family felt comfortable. Would definitely recommend it to anyone. Best 4th of July weekend ever….

The townhome had everything we needed. The property manager and owner were very accommodating. It’s nice to also have access to the pool gym and spa at the Nordic inn. We would definitely book with them again in the future.

Fantastic location and very clean
This property is in a fantastic location for tons of family fun. We went on multiple hikes, went to the water park, went kayaking, played mini golf, and ate at a bunch of great restaurants - all without driving more than ten minutes at any given time. The condo was very clean inside, in great condition, and had all the amenities it listed. We especially appreciated that it was really clean but didn't smell like bleach or air fresheners or chemicals. My family is sensitive to scents so this was a huge win for all of us. We'd definitely rent this location again!
