Poor electrical in the kitchen
The place was very nice other than issues with the kitchen electrical outlets. They tripped our first night there, and multiple of us trying to reset the breaker and the GFI did no good. And the only real response we got from the property management was "reset the breaker and GFI", which we had already told them we tried. This was clearly a regular occurrence since the breaker box had big lettering with an arrow saying "KITCHEN". But we just moved the microwave and coffee pot to another room, so it wasnt a big deal. But having a sign up warning us would have been nice. The location is on a busy road, but its very close to the quaint tourist area.

clean and comfortable house in great location
This was a great house for vacationing as a group - plenty of spots to lounge and chat. The house is conveniently located to a lot of restaurants and activities, and it's well stocked with towels and dishware. There are a few mini split AC units in the main areas but not in the upstairs, so it does get warm up there in the summer (there are fans around but they can only do so much) - that said, limited AC is pretty par for the course for houses in the area, so it wasn't a bit deal. Would stay again!

Home rental
The lawn was not mowed for weeks long with ticks in it. The front porch was covered with dirt, called and was told thank you we’ll make sure it is good for the next renters along with lawn 2 calls before it was cut. Mirror in bathroom was broken at bottom and falling off we had to remove it and turn it upside down. But it was very nice place with a good location. PS we swept out the garage for you also, Thanks John Composto
