On a peak season, the property brings so much value in terms of location and price. Room is clean and enough for travelers spending the whole day leaf peaping.

Really like the quick check in, just picked up keys in the box. Had a nice location along the river and even a fire pit and tables. Walking distance to the restaurants and shops was very nice. Everything worked in the room and felt safe.

I was surprised at how cute and clean it was. Easy walk to Woodstock Brewery. There's a great firepit by the river. Watch stars, hear the river, enjoy a fire.

Wonderful location. Nice folks. Budget hotel worth the price. In sore need of some tlc. Internet not useable for business but i shouldn't have been doing that anyway. If a few repairs were done i would rate it much higher.

Close to the center of town with everything a person needs within walking distance. Made for a pleasant trip to see Clarks trading post. Rooms were neat and orderly, the beautiful river in the backyard is a nice touch and the pool was sparkling clean and well maintained. Thank you

We got sucked into a last-minute reservation by the good reviews. The room was clean but old, dated, spartan, lifeless, with low-quality materials. We had an end unit. It was quiet but had a low 2.4G wireless signal that was unreliable. The bed was comfortable enough. The AC worked, which was a bonus on a muggy night. We got a welcome email telling us how their contactless check in system works at 11:21am -- 21 minutes after check OUT. It was easy enough to figure out. Easy river access.
