I didn't like the smell of the corridors and areas outside the room. A friend of mine had to change room because of the smell in the room allocated to them.

Love this hotel its where i met up with my partner for the first time a year ago and now we are married so wanted to come back as lovely memories as we live in Bristol now...Always nice and clean and staff are lovely and friendly and very helpful...Breakfast was lovely and included in the price so that was a bonus...We couldn't get over the size of the bed wow it was like a double kingsize definitely alot bigger than the first stay..Overall a lovely stay again and this is our favourite hotel in Northampton when we visit so will definitely stay again and again..Fully recommend

I was leaving early and reception organised an early breakfast before normal breakfast times. This was offered rather than requested when i said i would miss breakfast. Excellent customer service and much appreciated

The hotel is at the top end of budget hotel experiences. It is located next to a Harvester restaurant, which was handy on arrival, and was convenient for the M1 and Northampton.

Wonderful

People smoking right outside the entrance is annoying. I can see why they loiter there 'cos there's no shelter close by. However, as a non smoker i hate having yo walk through the fog to exit. I spoke to 'Jodie' this morning about some grumbles. She listened intently and addressed them. No need to mention them as hopefully they will not happen again. Lovely staff, nice place.
